What is the O Shot?

How is the O-Shot® (Orgasm Shot®) Rejuvenation Performed?
The process is quick and usually takes about 30–40 minutes, including preparation time. During the treatment, your doctor will collect some blood (30–90 ml) from your arm and put it into a special centrifuge machine to separate your platelet-rich plasma (PRP) growth factors and stem cell healing properties as per protocol. Before the injection, numbing cream or local anesthetic is applied to minimize pain. Then the doctor will inject the PRP into targeted areas of the vaginal tissue (typically near the clitoris and the anterior vaginal wall) using a fine needle. The injections take about 5 minutes with minimal discomfort. You can go home 30 minutes after the treatment if all observations are stable. Most women can resume normal activities the same day.
What is the Post-Procedure Care required following the Treatment?
After the treatment, you may feel burning and minor discomfort, and/or experience bruising and swelling, but these symptoms are very mild and usually resolve within a few days. In the first week after the treatment, try to avoid heat exposure in the treated area (such as prolonged hot showers or saunas). Refrain from sexual activity or use a condom when having sexual intercourse for 1 week. Wear cotton underwear and loose-fitting bottoms to allow the treated area to be comfortable.
It’s a good idea to schedule a follow-up appointment 2-4 weeks after receiving an O-Shot® treatment to see how well you respond to the treatment.
How Soon Can the Treatment Show Results?
Some women report immediate improvements, while others may see results within a few weeks as tissue regeneration and collagen production occur. Results may continue to improve for up to 3–4 months and last for about 12–18 months, depending on individual factors.
How Often Does the O-Shot® (Orgasm Shot®) Rejuvenation Treatment Need to Be Done?
There’s no data to show how often O-Shots® are needed to achieve the best results for your own experience. You should only continue to get O-Shots® if you feel it helps you and you have realistic expectations.
However, twice per year maintenance treatments are highly recommended based on our average clinical evidence.
Can the O-Shot® Be Combined with Fractional CO2 Laser Vaginal Tightening Treatment at the Same Time?
Yes, these two treatments can be performed at the same time. From our clinical evidence, if the two treatments are combined, women's sexual function and satisfaction will be much improved.
What are the Risks or Complications of the O-Shot®?
Cosmetic procedures carry formal risks; they are not “simple beauty treatments.”
The risks and complications include bruising, swelling, infection, and temporary sensitivity or soreness, which could last longer than a few days. However, if you experience the following symptoms, you need to contact us immediately:

- Pain that lasts longer than a few days or gets worse
- Numbness in your genital area more than a few hours after treatment
